Articles of Faith
- A list of statements that represent the basic tenets of the LDS faith.
A complete list of the Articles of Faith can be found here (http://scriptures.lds.org/a_of_f/1). The editor of the Chicago Democrat asked Joseph Smith, Jr. (the first Prophet of the Church) what Mormons believed in. This list of 13 statements (written in 1842) was his response.
