Proclamation to the World
- A statement put out by the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles that speaks of the nuclear family and the appropriate responsibilities of the individuals involved.
Formally titled "The Family: A Proclamation to the World," it was issued by the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles in 1995. It states the Church's teachings on marriage, gender, and the family, and is frequently quoted in lessons and talks.
