Sister Training Leader

  1. An experienced sister missionary called to train and support other sister missionaries across a zone or mission.

Introduced in 2013 as more sisters began serving, the sister training leader ("STL") role gives sister missionaries a leadership and mentoring position parallel to that of the zone leaders.
