Tabernacle

  1. The historic domed meeting hall on Temple Square, long the home of General Conference and the Tabernacle Choir.

Famous for its acoustics and pioneer-era construction (finished in 1867), the Tabernacle hosted General Conference until the larger Conference Center opened in 2000. It remains the home of the Tabernacle Choir.
