Drop
- Missionary slang for stopping the teaching of someone who is no longer progressing or interested ("to drop" them).
Missionaries "drop" a person when they repeatedly break commitments or lose interest, freeing time for others who are progressing. Someone who agrees to meet but doesn't show up or follow through is called a "flake."
