  1. The Church's web-based system that ward and stake leaders and clerks use to manage membership records, callings, attendance, finances, and reports.

Accessed through the Church's website (and, for many tasks, the Member Tools app), LCR replaced the older desktop MLS software, letting authorized leaders and clerks handle records and administration online from anywhere rather than only on a clerk's office computer.
