Ministering Interview

  1. A regular one-on-one conversation in which ministering brothers or sisters report to a leader on the people they watch over.

Held about quarterly, the ministering interview replaced the older reporting of home and visiting teaching "numbers," focusing instead on the needs of the individuals and families being ministered to.
