Missionary Life

Service Missionary

  1. A missionary who serves from home, contributing time to Church or community assignments rather than full-time proselyting.

Service missions let young people who cannot serve a traditional proselyting mission — for health or other reasons — still serve formally, working in areas like family history, welfare, or local Church operations. Senior couples may also serve service missions.
