- Four different books that make up the official scriptural basis of the LDS church.
These books include the King James Version of the Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price. All of these books can be accessed for free at http://scriptures.lds.org/. Whenever all of these books are bound together it is often called a Quad or a Combination, which is simply a reference to the fact that there are four books.
