Book of Mormon
- One of the four standard works, the official scripture of the LDS church.
- Ancient scripture that is another testament of Jesus Christ.
The Book of Mormon contains prophecy, history, and the teachings of Jesus Christ among ancient peoples of the Americas — from about 2200 BC to AD 421 — including Christ's visit after His resurrection. Joseph Smith Jr. translated the Book of Mormon into English from the Golden Plates and it has now been translated into well over one-hundred languages.
