Final Judgment

  1. The judgment, after the resurrection, in which each person is assigned to a kingdom of glory according to their works and the desires of their heart.

Latter-day Saints believe everyone will be judged mercifully by Jesus Christ, through the record of their lives and their acceptance of His Atonement, and assigned to the celestial, terrestrial, or telestial kingdom — or, for a very few, outer darkness.
