Sealer

  1. A temple worker given the priesthood authority (sealing power) to perform sealings — marriages and family bindings for eternity.

Only men who hold delegated sealing keys can officiate sealings. A sealer performs eternal marriages and seals children to parents, both for the living and by proxy for the dead.
