Charity

  1. The pure love of Christ — the highest form of love, which seeks the good of others selflessly.

Drawn from the Book of Mormon and the New Testament, charity is taught as the greatest of all virtues and a gift to be prayed for. "Charity never faileth" is the motto of the Relief Society.
