Law of Consecration

  1. The principle of dedicating one's time, talents, and resources to God and the building of His kingdom.

Practiced in an early Church economic system (the united order) and today embodied in a temple covenant to consecrate all one has to the Lord's work. It underlies the Church's welfare and service efforts.
