Leadership & Structure

Bishopric

  1. The bishop and his two counselors, who together lead a ward.

The bishopric presides over the ward, oversees the Aaronic Priesthood and the youth, and handles the congregation's spiritual and temporal needs. A similar three-person presidency leads most Church organizations.
