Jesus Christ is the only son of God (Heavenly Father) in both physical and spiritual terms. LDS doctrine holds that we are all literally the spiritual sons and daughters of God, making Jesus Christ our brother. Jesus Christ died for our sins and in doing so fulfilled the Atonement.
